Founder & CEO of Sawgrass Group, Inc. for 18 years; A human capital consulting firm specializing in digital / online applicant processes, leadership assessments and leadership development programs. Sawgrass Group has successfully served in public safety, human resources, government, non-profit and corporations
Brent earned his Ed.S. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida and Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Radford University. He holds certifications as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Talent Development Professional (CPTD) as well as a Human Resources Analytics Certification from Cornell University.
